I’ve been listening to the radio in French. I’ve done two quizzes on about.com this week. Scored 100% on ordinal numbers. And I looked up lyrics to songs to use for French class. (Besides normal preparation)
Trying to read Le Cid in French- rough going.
Read a little on About.com/French and took a quiz. It was on demonstrative articles, it was easy.
I’ve been listening to the radio, RFI, in French and reading headlines, etc.
Also, just preparing for teaching and correcting papers is helping a lot.
I took a past participle quiz on About.com/french today. I’m going to try to do things like that a few times a week. Got a 92%...hmmm..I think I can beat that.
I’ve been reading some French on the internet. Sometimes just the headlines, but even in them, I find new words that I have to look up, or ones I need to check to see if I remmeber them correctly.
