well, took level 3 last year, and my results came back today – Passed!
so, this december… level 2!

I am going to register for this year’s test in Dec. I’ve learned some Japanese in college. The book we used is called “Standard Japanese”. It has the beginner and intermediate levels. After you’ve finished the latter, you are supposed to have the ability to pass JLPT 2 with some preparation. I’ve finished that, but since it’s been almost 5 years and I forget some of words and grammar. I hope I can recall most of them with four months…

I would love to become fluent in another language, I really would… but i dont think thats going to happen, I dont have the drive to keep bettering myself when it comes to self study, so I dont think I’ll ever make the JLPT level 1. But level 2, well that I certainly can aim for!
Will do level 3 this year, and then maybe the next year level 2… we’ll see.
The problem is, that after I return to Australia, my japanese studies at uni will be finished, so how am i going to improve if Im not studing?
