Well I suppose I’m in better shape than I was before and I’ll carry on trying to be more active.

Am on my way I suppose. I’ve been going to pole dancing classes once a week for 3 months now and it’s pretty intensive as they give us reps to do (push ups, sit ups, squats etc) which we’re supposed to do everyday at home too. I’ve been pretty bad at making sure I do them everyday but if I manage to do them everyday this week I’ll tick this off as done (for now).
Went swimming again yesterday. It was great. So when do I decide that I’ve accomplished this goal? I’m not in shape but I’m certainly doing something about it. hmm…
Well I’ve signed up to pole dancing classes which judging by the first lesson are really hard work! Also I have started going swimming with a friend and hope to keep this a regular thing. So, combined this should do the trick I think.
Well I’ve been walking when possible instead of public transport and I’ve been doing sit ups etc everyday. The weather has just been so awful I haven’t been out on my bike in ages.
