live without a television for a year

We returned our cable box to the cable company two days ago. I’ve been so busy with work lately that I haven’t really noticed a difference yet, but this will be our first weekend without it. I think the beginning will be tough because we’ll be getting out of the habit of watching it, but in a week or so I think I’ll love it. We’ll still have Netflix and PS2, so if we really want to watch a movie or a tv show on DVD, or use the tv to play games we can. I’m hoping to get into new hobbies like photography instead.
