I know i know, sorry i was uber-ly busy yesterday and juust didnt have time to come on here, but yeah, i did crunches in the morning day 4 and i think i maybe starting to see a tiny small microscopic outline of a six pack :L

Anywho, ill keep doing what im doing, and try and go swimming, and get protein shakes or whatever, Although i drink a pint of milk every night anyway =]

I forgot the Crunches in the morning, and havnt done the evening ones yet, but as from tomorrow i WILL do them in the morning, or, atleast, try too.

So, end of day 1 i did 30 sit ups and 30 crunches (could someone define a crunch please, i’m not to sure) and as from Day 3 i will be trying to do 30 of both in the morning to, i took a few photos today, not sure which one is best but i’ll stick with that one for now. Thanks for everyones support, and tips are much appriciated.

Okay so, i want to get a six pack, i don’t care how long it takes, or how hard. Im really determined, and i know it’ll be worthwhile. So, any tips? Please help, I’ll love you forever.

I’ll take a picture everyday (If i can) to see how i am improving, if at all.

I’ll start with 20 sit ups, and 20 crunches and go up by 10 each day, yeah, i’ll go with that, even though i’m not really sure what crunches are. Alot of people have said that swimming helps, so i’ll try and go swimming atleast once a week.

As you can see, i have nothing at the moment. Please give me tips, I’m 14, and 5’9.

Help would be appriciated massively!!
