I know i know, sorry i was uber-ly busy yesterday and juust didnt have time to come on here, but yeah, i did crunches in the morning day 4 and i think i maybe starting to see a tiny small microscopic outline of a six pack :L
Anywho, ill keep doing what im doing, and try and go swimming, and get protein shakes or whatever, Although i drink a pint of milk every night anyway =]
