Yay!! Actually, not really yay. I know it’s not healthy weight loss. I still haven’t really adjusted to working the evening shift, and my meals have suffered. I rarely eat meat anymore, not by my own choice but more out of laziness (and missing my mother’s home cooked meals!). I’ve been missing quite a few meals entirely also.
I’m not upset that the weight is gone – but I will need to work out a plan and shopping list and couples weight loss with a healthy diet.
