lose a lot of weight

I’m not really sure how much weight i have actually lost….i know i know. I’m pretty sure i’ve lost another 5 pounds…but i don’t know. But i got weighed at my doctor’s appointment today, so i’ll going to go with that. And I now know how much i have to lose from today to get to my idea weight.

I think i’m going to go walking tomorrow. Its nice outside.

I’ve lost enough weight to buy a new pair of jeans a size smaller. So i think thats awesome. So i guess a whole bunch of pair of jean sizes to go.
