once again I’m eating everything in sight, and I haven’t done any exercise for the past three days. I’m feeling mega unhappy at the moment. I need to get back out of this slump!

okay so may not lose as much weight as I would like before that party but the scales are still moving in the right direction.
woo hoo and hurrah!
But my tum is still annoying me, I wish I could get rid of it quicker!
I’m worried that my weight loss will slow down and that i’ll be stuck with a wobbly belly!
I hope I can keep going!
ha ha, went for a very long walk today and am feeling very motivated. I must lose this extra stone!
I will punch through this target!!!
I just want the wobbly stomach to disappear now, coz it’s the first thing my eyes are drawn to when I look in the mirror.
It’s just so cruel that all my weight gathers round my tum
well I only lost a pound this week mainly because I dropped the exercise.
Was feeling more than a little heart broken this week and missing lots of people who I can’t see now that I’m back home.
I think motivation is what I find really hard to find. I have two weeks now to lose about a stone for a party.
It must be done!
this is just to show my slight progress, it’s not much and I know I have far to go, but I thought I’d share!
kept up with the exercise, doing the yoga, the hollyword fitness routine and the dance routines. the inches are coming off but the weight isn’t!
I know that fat is turning in to muscle but I’d like it if it the scales just moved a little.
Bits of me are toning up but my stomach is still large and wobbly, I would love it if it would get a bit thinner.
Also have injured myself a little, so a can’t put my all in to my exercise but I will get thinner.
bit fed up today and completely missed my yoga this morning, a woried that the scales may soar up tomorrow. I ache everywhere, think I over exercised yesterday.
Just want to watch tele and crash on the sofa.
Anyone got any tips for motivation?good days
well the scales are moving in the right direction and I’m feeling fairly good today! did yoga this morning and went for a very long walk! 10000+ step! wow.
But i’m not sure what to eat now, want to go on the wii a bit later!
I must keep this up!
