which means…i have two weeks to lose 2.4 lbs. that is, if I don’t gain any weight…
today was an okay-food day.
i played tennis for an hour
Breakfast:
1 chocolate-glazed krispy kreme donut
1 special k bar
Lunch:
oven-roasted chicken tortilla
1/2 slice of Sargenteno cheddar cheese
1 bag of 100 cal. pretzels
1 Nature Valley peanut butter granola bar
1 Quaker Rice Cake
about 20 green grapes
Snack:
1/2 bannana
1/2 Fuji apple
1 yam…sweet potato…which one, not sure!
Dinner:
salad with oven-roasted chicken
Snack:
1 cup of Kellogs Pops cereal
I think, I need to exercise more. Maybe it’s the cold weather, but I don’t feel like I’m burning enough calories. During the weekend, I’m definitely going out and running a couple laps around my neighborhood!
