So, usualy I eat three small meals a day for my diet and I run about three days a week and work out at home. It isn’t doing anything for me. I will have to cut my food count down. Is there anything that will supress my hunger?

Ah Easter,
What a great time of year… My grandma sent me 40$ and a bag that has more that 1lb of easter candy in it. Ugh!!! I don’t know what to do. I think i’ll just leave it in the candy cabinet and forget about it.
Well, other than that I just had cereal that has way too many calories. I don’t think i’ll eat anything until dinner. Maybe an apple or something before work.
I love the crystal light things! I got a new one called blueberry..It has avery strange taste. It taste as if they let a blueberry waffle sog in some water then took the waffle out and there ya go. Blue berry water!

Alright, can you guys please help me find some great way to work out? I hate doing situps or crunches because they hurt my back. I can’t find what to do with my arms. The three areas that need to lose the most are my arms, theighs and mid section.

Well, I started yesterday..afternoon. I decided I need to pull my act together and be a normal weight. I am about 155lbs and i’m 5’6. I am a 16 year old girl who should be happy and should have fun.Well, I can’t do that if I don’t lose weight. I feel so blah! I want to get to 130. I definetly want to lose weight in my face as well so I can cut my hair short. If I did that now my face would look ten times as fat.
I really like crystal light packet things to go. I also made a great salad for dinner last night with cucumbers,tomatoes,carrots and eggs. Today we went to Ihop and I was worried. They do have a healthier menu! I got The Garden Scramble which is a small portion of scrambled eggs with tomato,green peppers and mushrooms(gross,no mushrooms for me) and a small pancake. It was a great portion and has kept me full for quite a while now!
I’m starting to go running at the park behind my house. It’s something I used to hate but it’s actually fun if you have nice weather. My cousin said to just run every other day, so I don’t over do it at the beginning. I was very excited when I bought a jump rope. That’s my new best friend!
Well if you have any other ways to have fun excersizing or a ny recipes be free to share!
