I’m going to start this tomorrow..I’m pretty athletic but I tore a muscle in my leg so I can’t do much & I want to stay in shape, so this is a good goal : )

I know it’s hard to keep this up, it’s kind of boring and it hurts. But this time I want to do sit-ups until I can see the results.
I actually really need to do this…
I kinda feel fat and unnatractive at the moment :( *sigh*

OUCH. 10 exercises, 30 reps each, 300 total reps. Pain, agony, but a six pack in a couple months, or so I’m told. We’ll see.

50 push ups and 50 sits ups can make a difference. It’s nice to know that you don’t have to work out for an hour a day to get somewhere.

I’ve been doing sit ups about every other day. I tried everyday at first, but hurt my abs and my neck, that I couldn’t do them for a few days. But I’ve been doing them for a couple of weeks now, and it is getting much easier. I don’t have a six pack yet, but I can see some definition along the sides of the abs. a couple of days ago, I started doing them in the morning and in the evening, pushing it a little. It seems to be helping advance my ad growth. I looked at a picture of me from a few months ago, wow, what a difference. I was pretty soft before (see picture posted with this entry), but now I’m a little less soft. It’s amazing what doing sit ups and push ups can do for you in just 10 minutes a day.
