When emotional i cried alot, so to stop my self thinking of my problems i would eat and eat and eat… non stop, i cant stop… recently i replaced my eating with TV… then studying non stop all day and night… and now i am sleeping all the time (i normally find it very dificult to sleep)... my counsellor said its an emotional distraction tactic!!! i have soooooooooo much going on and i just have no idea HOW to deal with any of it… so now cos i havnt got time to sleep, or deal with my current emotional issues… i have been excessivly eating again!!!
