I don’t go for my walks as I should. Yet again I need to get started on a routine of going for walks. I’m at dad’s now and he has a nice area to go for walks around. I’ll see if I go for a walk later today or not. 1 month ago

I started off on my regular walk (when I do it) in the morning, and took all 3 dogs with me. When I got to the point where I usually turn around to come home I decided to go further – to the end of my road. It felt great while I walked but I sure was getting sore towards the end. I was sore all through my legs, hips and thighs later through the day and the following day. But it was worth it. 4 months ago

Though I walk around the yard and exercise when I dig in the garden it’s not the same as going for a nice long (1 – 1 1/2 hour) walk down the road and back.
At least when I go into town I park my car far enough for me to get some decent walks in while I’m doing my shopping. 6 months ago

I walk at least this much now just feeding horses and doing outdoor work. It’s not like on a track, but I can tell all this walking, lifting, digging, hoeing, jumping, leaping, dragging, wheelbarrowing, chasing, dumping, lugging, weeding, raking, running, etc., is slimming me down. I’ve lost 7.5 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks. 10 months ago
