finish applying to college

I finished applying to Stony Brook (my first choice).
The three parts that are left for Geneseo are completed, they just need to be sent online. I would do it now, but I’m too tired, and I’m afraid I’ll be too exhausted to proofread properly. Plus I have a headache. 4 years ago

I’m having such a hard time focusing on this essay.
I know it will be excellent if I can finish it, revise it, and then polish it.
But I need to have the first draft done first… 4 years ago

I decided on two schools. They are both challenging, but I am confident. So far I have completed these steps:

SUNY Application
Counselor Transmittal Form
SAT Scores Sent
Recommendation Letters
Sent Transcript from JCC to SB
Sent AP Scores to SB

I have started these parts:
Essay for both schools/Supplemental forms
Resume for Geneseo

Still need to start:

So I officially sent in the online portion of the application to my two favorite schools…Stony Brook and Geneseo.

But now that I think about it, I’m kind of questioning myself.
Mostly about Geneseo. I never was CRAZY about it, but I guess it would be a good backup plan. It’s a selective school, not expensive, familiar, charming, location is good…but idk.

American, Roger Williams, St. Lawrence, Suny Brockport, Geneseo and Stony Brook.

I got rid of the school that had very little major options and no music clubs…and was far away.

I also got rid of the easy one that was in a place I’ve never been to. 4 years ago

but now I need it down to eight.
It’s really hard because I can’t visit any of these places…and there’s only so much you can learn online.
I dont even know if I want to go to these schools…but whatever.

I feel like I’m in a slump.
I still feel like there are schools out there that I don’t know about yet but might be what i’m looking for.
Also, some of the schools I thought I liked I may not…
and I don’t feel like I know what I’m doing. 4 years ago

Recently, I’ve gotten rid of Juniata, Suffolk, St. Joseph’s, and SUNY Fredonia.

I hate to take them off the list because I feel like I’m closing doors. But I can’t apply to so many schools, so I have to pick my favorites. 4 years ago

I went from 16 to 14 tonight, which took a lot of thought. It feels good to have less schools to think about. 4 years ago
