Take my contacts out every night.

Was doing really well on this until I got back to London and realised I left my glasses at home in Sydney!! My sister is going to send them to me, so at the moment, just taking them out when I sleep.
When I get my glasses back, I will take my contacts out when I’m at home for another month and then this will be done! 2 years ago

I’m going to start tonight with this. Although I can sleep in my contacts, I should go one day without them. Realistically if I’m going out in public I will wear them, so I will make a pact with myself and this website to:
1) Take them out everynight for a month (except when I’m on the plane in a few weeks)
2) Wear my glasses when I’m going to be home.

I got a new pair of glasses and I have been wearing those pretty much every day for a month. I have worn my contacts I think one day since I got my glasses. I feel like I really need to let my eyes heal and I need to get to a place where I know I will take them out every night before I start wearing them again. 4 years ago

Okay, I got a wake up call about going blind and blah blah blah. I wore my glasses to let my eyes rest for about 2 weeks and now I only wear my contacts every now and then and I don’t sleep in them anymore. :) I’ll give it a little longer before I claim I’ve done this though… ;) 4 years ago

So far I’ve been doing it for 3 months now because I read an article about how I am increasing my odds of getting an infection ninefold! I used to keep them in for a few weeks at a time, they would practically pop out when they were going “bad” 5 years ago

I haven’t taken my contacts out in about 4 days. I really mean to, but it just doesn’t work out. I swear I am so lazy. :/ 5 years ago

I have been taking them out mostly every night. I am so bad with my eyes. I used to leave my contacts in for months at a time. I know, I know!! I’m stupid. I have quit that bad habit though and I trying very hard to take better care of my eyes. 5 years ago
