paint more

I have 2 types of painting projects I want to complete: one focusing on ethnic cuisine and the other focusing on paint by numbers… 3 weeks ago

i’ve always liked to draw so i wanted to take it to the next level and paint, but unfortunatelly because of the lack of time i didn’t, now i have a little time to spare so i will begin to take some classes, i’ll let you know how it goes… 2 months ago

I keep adding this as a goal, but never actually paint. painting, to me, is so romantic, yet the actuality of it is just so-so to me. i love color! i love creativity! but i usually just end up singing. singing is definitely ‘my thing’... i just wish it painted a picture that i could hang on my wall! 2 months ago

cleaning my apartment I came across my old acrylic paints. I abandoned cleaning and started painting instead. A glass of wine later and I’m almost finished. I think I need to start painting and sketching again. 2 months ago

I painted this yesterday to see how long a single 8” x 10” acrylic on canvas painting would take me. This one took 2.5 hours. I think this may be too much to accomplish each day, but it still sounds like an interesting challenge. 5 months ago

I have recently started painting again! It feels so amazing to be doing something that I truly love. I’m so in my element when I’m getting messy and my mind is racing and I just want to envelope my canvas in a big hug. It’s about 5’x 4’ I’d say and currently covered in a nice layer of rainbow gradient :) Idk what I’m hoping to do next though, I will probably practice my technique on a smaller canvas since it’s been a while. 6 months ago
