I have been using the commit lozenges (beware of the cheap brands, they don’t work as well) and it is doing ok.
I also took b12 supplements this time and the rage isn’t nearly as bad as it has been on past attempts.
This is not going to be a pass or fail. I will consider a pass if I at least cut down on smoking. So far, I am doing just that. We will see how long I can remain smoke free :) No pressure is key. 5 years ago
Since september 3rd, 2007 I’ve stopped smoking. It’s just better for my health and I don’t find it too difficult either! I’ve used some nicotine chewing gums, but used very little. 5 years ago
I cheated three days ago and bummed three from a friend, but they tasted stale and I did’nt want to buy a pack. I have been sucking on blowpops and chewing gum. I just don’t want to get fat, so I plan on using my gym membership. 5 years ago
I have been smoking since I was 12. There was a point in my 20’s where I smoked a half a pack or more a day. Then, my brother told me all the horrible stuff nicotine does to your body and ever since I have smoked less and less every year. People say “why don’t you just quite!” but, I like having a smoke out on the balcony with my dog every night. If I said I was quitting then I would want one all the time. 6 years ago
I am back up to my old amount…. maybe more. Smoking and depression.. they go hand in hand. 6 years ago
I think I need a few days to detox from society. I gave in… and back smoking a pack a day… I know I can do it… I will try and try until I succeed… 7 years ago
