remember … Mushrooms when cooked, taste like meat.
Also, when you crave meat, you’re body is just letting you know it needs more protein, so try to eat more protien.
Protein enriched foods are..
-peanut butter
-cottage cheese
- ... and so much more..

I found this to be easy. I really don’t like most meat substitutes (they upset my stomach), but my sister and her boyfriend are both vegan which made this super simple for me to do. I enjoyed it but I learned more about my desire to eat less processed foods and enjoy the simple more natural things. 4 months ago
