Fallon MayBalance is key!

It’s very easy to eat much of the same things that you would eat as an omnivore. With the Internet it’s easy to find delicious vegetarian recipes. I just had to keep reminding myself to get enough protein. And I learned that tofu is tasteless and it’s a matter of how you cook it whether or not it tastes good. It’s delicious with potatoes, tastes like chicken, and it’s a lot healthier! 6 months ago

idkbrbloleating vegetables & fruits

Watched another documentary; maybe Food That Kills
and got tired of wondering and worrying about what $^ #$&^*& #&$^ they’re shoving into meats in every conceivable manner & every-other point along the meat-grinder; as well as the horrors that the animals usually endure for (very) little reason that I can see at this point.
So in the little-time that I’ve been (mostly) not-eating meat, I’ve heard of more “Mad-Cow disease-type” scares, (to which I thought, “Meh, sorry for you”). And I’ve heard that meat-prices are going to soar through the roof, (to chich I thought, “I no longer care! Let them soar!!” :-)

HollyCouple choice

So my husband and I will do this together, which will make it much nicer and easier than trying to cook two meals. I think we should do it in a month or so when all the produce and fruit is in season so it won’t be a hardship!

This could be fun! I see salads, and green beans and beet pancakes, and stir fry and deep fried tofu! YUM! 10 months ago

At first I white knuckled, but then I learn how to not just use meatless stuff, but just make things that don’t involved meat. 10 months ago

cherrylaysaccomplished this feat!

I’ve been doing some meatless meals for some time now, because I’ve grown tired of eating meat all of the time. It went from meatless Mondays to doing a week of eating meatless. I had some fish to give it a pescetarian feel. Overall, it was mostly vegetarian. It forces me to be more creative, and I like it. 13 months ago
