Music is a very big part of my life. It can be spiritual, meditational, relaxing,loving, heartbreaking, fantastical, passionate, deep, arsty, dancy, and most of all moving!! Music is good for the soul!! I sometimes like to post music from youtube and share it on facebook and people comment that they like the songs, and sometimes people comment that I put too much up at one time.. I just say they have a choice to listen and my choice is music!! I like to call myself the facebook DJ!! 2 years ago

I starting to get some equipment and so far I have a numark with stealth control, tracktor software and a new mac. I’ve just been playing around having fun messing with the fader just to get used to it. Later on down the line when I get more comfortable with mixing and the effects I’ll invest on more programs but for now just the basics! :P 2 years ago

It seems when life gets disrupted, music is where one turns. Or at least where I turn, total immersement. Seems the sound I’m drawn is liquid drum and bass, I suppose it has a slight life-goes-on feel to it. The point is, that I have been listening to some epic tunes, and the motivation has bubbled back up to the surface. Trying to get hold of Reason so I can create a mix, a kind of tribute to the artists that have kept me going, to see if what my mind hears is what others will hear. Perhaps sharpening the sounds that stand out to me, so others notice, and perhaps understand why I chose the particular tune. If not, I will still enjoy hearing all my favourite bits flowing into one another. God knows how I will embark on such a journey, I don’t know the first thing about sampling, or the different tweaks you can make with such software but it’ll be an interesting journey for sure.
