stop holding grudges on people

I renew my vow to hold grudges against ALL WHO DARE TO AROUSE MY INNER HULK5 years ago

to let go but I have this rage inside of me that makes me want to lash out at the person who wronged me. I have been trying to change and this does not fit with the changes I am trying to make but it is very difficult to let this ride…..very painful, almost as if I can get back some of the emotional investment by fucking this dude up!!
