When I converted my entire CD collection to MP3, all I had to do was type .mp3 after every song title, and then send it off to the BBC.
It is easy if you know how lol (I am talking about music tracks). 2 years ago

Some people have hundreds of CDs. My collection was just under a hundred. I finally realized a time when I wouldn’t ever listen to a CD again. Collecting them are OK, but I wanted more space and less clutter. So I decided to get rid of them.
After I was done, not only did I have everything in a folder and arranged, but now I’m able to throw it on shuffle and listen to all those old albums anytime I want. :) 3 years ago
Definitely one of the more exhausting undertakings that I have ever done, but sooo worth it. 4 years ago
I started this long ago of course, when iTunes was still new, but recently i found the last few CDs i had missed in my big 200 CD changer. That poor thing makes all sorts of grunty noises while changing CDs, MP3s are soo much better and faster to find and play. Of course, getting a large LaCie external hard drive helped give me the space to rip them all. And I simply uncheck the songs i don’t want to hear often. 4 years ago
i did this by accident yesterday, having totally forgotten about this list. success! 5 years ago
