i have tried almost all ways to reduce weight but it seems not easy or i do not know a right way ,do any one have a good way to help ?

I really want to do this. My fiance is coming back in town and I gained a lot of weight since he wasn’t here and I didnt care much about how I looked and now I really want to lose weight and I only have 10 days. Plase help me.
