I realized something. With my private teacher, once a week, I’ve been working on certain books, and it takes about 8 months to finish one, I work on two at a time. Now I see that, really, I can just sit down and do the books myself, and then go over them with my teacher.
I would be much better if I didn’t have just one teacher, but two. (me) I could very well teach myself, so why not? If we try, we can all teach ourselves. 6 years ago
I get really nervous playing with people.
It’s…not good. Any suggestions? 6 years ago
The best book to really help you get better is getting back to basics with Carmine Appice’s “Realistic Rock.” It’s pretty much the best set book ever! =] (Plus nowadays it comes with a cd with carmine playing.) 6 years ago
