I always seem to retain fat around my middle the most. I don’t know how to change that… 1 month ago
Can I just say that exercising helps? I mean, duh, but finally getting back into a routine helps.
And if you have an iphone, get the Nike Training Club app. It’s free and it’s really spectacular. Routines with motivation, pictures and video examples of moves. I mean, it’s really good. 3 months ago
I am happy with the way my stomach is right now. Its neither a potbelly nor flat like a model’s but proper as per my body structure. So I am ticking of this goal. 4 months ago
Hahah okay so I know this is kind of the cheating way to do it.. but whatever. So all summer I had conditioning for soccer every day, & it was really intense, but I still didn’t have a completely flat stomach. At the beginning of the school year, I contracted mono & was out of school for two weeks. The thing was, my throat hurt so much that I couldn’t eat a thing. So I went like 3 days with eating basically nothing except ice cream, & then I fainted when I went to the doctor’s. Once I got medicine it got better but I had a completely flat stomach!! A little bit of it has come back now that I can eat, but now that I know it’s possible I can just reduce my caloric intake along with my soccer workouts. Hopefully in time for Homecoming! 4 months ago
All i did was go on a 10 day detox only blending fruits and veggies to drink a smoothie. I was supposed to do this 3 times a day but sometimes id skip meals cause i was so full from the first one. This also up my skin problems! During the detox i craved junk/fast food but after the fast i just wanted to eat healthy. The green smoothie diet was really worth it. My waist had gotten smaller and i got a flat stomach. i originally weighted 129 and was doing this just to clean my body out but i at the end of the diet i weighted 116-117. Now im at a steady 119-120 so i lost 10lbs.
Note:if after the 10 or however many days you are on the fast you should definately eat your way back into your old eatting habits slowly or else you will gain all that weight back and maybe more. 5 months ago
