get a lotus tattoo

The lotus tattoo I’m getting is a cover-up of a tattoo that I got when I was 18 (almost 18 years ago – wow!) I’m letting the tattoo artist have free reign over the design. 13 months ago

I will be getting a tattoo… it might have a lotus in it, but more so it will be a tribute to my brother. So this goal has to change slightly…..hence the ‘given up’ 2 years ago

BUT…. now i’m wondering if I chose the right person and i’ve laready paid a deposit ( non refundable!) and she wont do exactly as I want… I’m willing to hear an opinion but seriously, it’s my body and I want it like like I want it….
Not sure what I should do. I’m going to email her the drawings and see what she comes up with….

Im thinking of getting a lotus flower on the inside of my left wrist…. It will be my first tattoo and I’m nervous, although I do really want it. I want it to be visible at all times ( ie not on my butt!) to remind me of why I’m getting it but i’m worried about how i’ll feel about it when I’m 50 or 60!

Is it a cop out to get it in white ink? 3 years ago
