The taping is on Tuesday September 27th! That’s only 12 days away!! I’ve got our bus tickets to and from NYC booked. All we need to get is a place to stay for the night (we decided to go up on Monday to do a little sight-seeing) and possibly do some planning on where to go/what to see/etc. and we are in there like swimwear!

I was on FB when The Daily Show announced they had tickets available for shows in September! I got on and requested 4 (the max allowed… I’ll figure out who’s going with me later) for Tues 9/27! I’m sooo freaking excited! I’ll have to get up there (hellloooo, MegaBus) and wait in line to ensure my spot. But it will be so worth it! I hope it’s a good guest. But really, who cares?! I think he’s so funny, smart, well-spoken, and cute. I would love to see him in person, even if it was just from a studio audience. Also, I’ve never been in one before. And i figured that what better show—I’m sure there are some good laughs to be had around that studio.
I would need to prepare a question to ask him though. You know, in case they have Q&A time with him.
I’m planning on doing this at the tail end of my road trip when I visit NYC on my way home. But who says I can’t get more information about it, and pop up there (only 5 hours away) before then….like sometime this year? My roommate and I (and a few others) have been talking about going up to NYC in the Spring, maybe I can plan to do it then. 3 years ago
