I have found several exercise regimens I like, and I have stuck to them on a consistent weekly basis. I feel like I have done this. Anything I do now will be continuing this, not finding it. I am very very happy to be able to mark this as complete!

I just bought a new pair of tennis shoes and an awesome pedometer watch. My old tennies were causing blisters to form on my left foot pinkie toe. The new ones are soo much better and more comfortable! Can’t wait to get out and walk!
It’s working! I am exercising at least 5 to 6 times per week, either walking, stationary bicycle, or low-impact aerobics! And I am actually….drum roll please!... enjoying it!
So far I have lost 8 pounds in about 6 weeks. I am extremely happy with my progress, and working out has made me feel oh so much better, both physically and mentally!
We just got an exercise bike for Christmas, and I am excited! It is a really nice one, and very quiet, with multiple programs to choose from! I have set myself up a program, starting very slowly at first, and working my way up to higher resistance and longer times. YAY!!!!
My husband and I have started going to the park to walk 2-3 miles roughly every other day. We are both really enjoying it, as the park is HUGE and very scenic, which makes it easier.
it has been way too long since I was exercising 4 to 5 times a week. So my goal is to get back to doing this regularly again.
I know what I need to do, I just can’t seem to find the motivation to do it! Gotta get with it!
I should probably change this goal to START exercising 4 to 5 times a week Again. I haven’t been doing this. I know I need to do this. I even enjoy exercising when I do it. I just…have trouble making myself start! sigh
the minute I made this a goal, I’ve had issues doing this. I had tummy troubles the beginning of the week that made working out be undesirable. The last day I worked out was the 10th. Gotta get back with this!
two new DVD’s, I’m so excited! I bought one easier/low-impact called Balletone Center Moves, and another one which comes highly recommended by Cathe, called Kick Punch & Crunch. YAY! Can’t wait to get them! I just hope my toe lets me do them!!
This evening I walked for an hour with my Mom, out at the park near our house. I was starting to go stir crazy from not being able to work out, so I had to do something. My poor purple toe isn’t very happy with me, but at least I no longer feel like such a slug! grin
