I am so happy as I am now getting constant high of energy from doing exercise. Until now I have been a commited indoor girl (after all, as a kid, the sport I stuck up for six years were the ballet lessons) But the weather is so nice I will convince DH to go for a walk. I still need better menu planing skils and/or follow thw great advice online (suggestions anyone?);_))) 3 years ago
Today I dis a little introductory Pilates. IT is HARD!, but well worht looking into, since I really want to be fit.
Eat right- a nice crockpot cooked with frozen meat and at the end fresh veggies, and rice, yum!

Yes, I did it again, 30 some min of two different warm up videos. I tried the ballet boot camp and it was so hard I had to quit the class. I got back in the begginer-intermediate area, for now. I did a warm up an tried a Pilates video, but I am looking for a Mentor… 3 years ago

I just completed 45 min of aerobics and abdominals.
Eat right: crock pot will be ready by dinnertime, to be accampanied by white rice and lettuce salad
All that jazz: been reading financial journals and websites, since I have only recently realized how body clutter is also related to debt and anguish over money. Also did a 27 fling boogey to papers…GO ME! 3 years ago
