I’m late to the party, but I’m the first to cheer you on day 101 of your new life as a non-smoker! Hooray! That’s a great milestone, and we’re all proud of you…

I remember the first few months after I quit smoking…the changes that started to show amazed me. My sense of smell was returning, food tasted different. I didn’t get as breathless going up and down stairs.

Are you starting to notice anything like that yet? Its amazing! I think those things are what I drew when I got the urge to have one.

Now, I ride my bike almost everyday, and can’t imagine ever wanting to do that to myself.

I’m proud of you Tiger! Keep it going and never look back. You didn’t quit smoking….you don’t smoke.

One of my fav things to Cheer was the Quit Smoking goals. I would use up any of my left over cheers at the end of the day, on people I did not know, because I really did not “know” many people on here yet.

Congratulations Tiger. I VERY VERY proud of you and I wish you continued success being smoke free and with all the other good stuff going on in your life!

Truly impressive, and it’s especially good that you quit since living at that altitude, you need all the oxygen you can get! Besides, you would want Smokey the Bear getting pissed at you …
