I’m just gonna say this: asthma sucks.

foreverHoping The way to love anything is to realize that it might be lost.
I do believe that I can do this. Not recently though. I will have to go down to my school’s track and time myself, to see how fast I really can do it if I push myself. I want to try this out within the next week.

Worth doing!
okay, so yesterday i did the mile in like 10:58..and today i did it in 9:48!! im so excited that i did it! it just proves we can do anything when we set our minds to it!
Long time since I’ve been working on this goal. I could take the easy way out and call it complete since I’ve done it 3 times, but I’m not since I don’t think I could even come close to this now. I get winded doing a half mile lol. I know cause coach is making us do a timed half mile before we can practice so I’ve been running a bit before then. Hmm, deciding not to do anything over the summer was not very smart. Oh well I’m going to get myself back into shape and start back on this goal. I need to be able to do at least a mile again.
ajshrimpkins is between trips
Worth doing!
I did this for the first time in the eigth grade, in like 9:59! Last year, before my injury I could run a 6:15. Not to brag or anything.
Worth doing!
i was in my high school’s cross country team. i ran after school everyday and i think my time was 7 minutes and 45 seconds. i ran really fast around the track and didn’t stop.
Worth doing!
This is very, very attainable. I’ve suffered from asthma my whole life and could still do this. Just run, and breathe, and keep it up and you can do it.
Worth doing!
I just went to my highschool’s track with my brother and Mom and ran a mile in 9:25 minutes! On my last lap, my brother, Alex, ran next to me and slightly farther ahead to push me to go faster. :) I thought it was really nice of him to want me to reach my goal.
