I hate dieting, but this is way better. I am eating healthy, only when I’m hungry, but I know I can eat what I want. No deprivation! I’ll report back in another week with an update. 2 years ago

I’m going to try this. I tried a few weeks ago and lost 6 pounds. I gave up after about a week. This time, I am determined. I am going to look amazing this summer in my bikini. Being an athlete I’m not trying to lose a certain number of pounds because I want to actually gain pounds in muscle. I’m judging this on how I look in my bikini and inches lost. After doing this for a few weeks before I already started to see a difference, so if I stick to this I know I can do it. 2 years ago
To be frank, it is rare for me to get hungry. Why? well it is kind of difficult to be hungry when ur constantly eating lol. Im always snacking on junk food after i have lunch, and unforuntately, late at night after dinner which is a big no no.
Throughout the new year, im planning to reduce being tempted by the oh so wonderful dorritoes, cadbury chocolate and skittles and aim to buy healthy snacks to keep around the house, that way when i get bored ill be doing my body a favour by feeding it food that might actually do it some good. 2 years ago
I stayed slim for years because i simply wasnt hungry or forgot to eat
One day , or actually , a lot of times , someone would say to me: PEOPLE like you make me sick! When ask how ya stay so skinny and you say “i dont think about eating” RIGHT
I was totally caught offguard
WHY? because the fact was true! i REALLY DIDNT THINK ABOUT EATIN so guess i just wasnt hungry , my fiance even bought me shakes to make me GAIN weight
Boy has that changed! HAHA. I get hungry now and when im hungry. I EAT!!! and eat and eat and eat. Dag. They always say it catches up with you…...... :( 2 years ago
So, I’m going to try and do this: just eating when hungry. I realized that I ate just because. No reason. Hopefully this works. 2 years ago
