earn Toastmasters competent communicator

I just joined Toastmasters and am going to push through the 1st 10 speeches so I can get my certificate. Well, I really want the experience, but the certificate is a nice touch.

I am a former Girl Scout leader so I know all about earning the badges and insignia.
