Over the past two years, Colleen and I have exchanged cheers and comments, encouraging each other on various goals. I’ve always been so impressed with how she tries to keep a positive outlook even in the face of negativity. Here are my wishes for her for the coming year:

May she find the motivation to walk daily, which will help her do the couch-to-5k running plan. May she continue to find the silver lining in everything, and set an example for those around her on how to be always positive. And may she make time for herself each week, whether it’s to read a book or watch a movie.
