NereiddaPull

It’s like a physical pull, a strong need to do something stupid and time-wasting. This is what being addicted must feel like.
I’m writing this only to compel myself to focus on this paper I have to hand in in two hours, instead of playing Candy Crush. 2 weeks ago

Zinnia729Stop Procrastinating

Er…. Should I really be here writing this or actually getting something useful done???

I’ll never finish that ‘To Do’ list at this rate!!!!!!! 2 weeks ago

Lune Fromage: Born of StardustOne small boulder at a time...

Instead of overwhelming myself with too many large tasks in one day, I am only going to pick one or two large tasks to do per day.

To Do List:

—Save Thailand photos from Facebook to my thumb drive and memory card

—Print Photos at $0.10 per photo (while the sale is still going on!) ++plus my employee discount. AND FINISH MY SCRAPBOOK BEFORE THE END OF JUNE!!!!

—Call to praise the people who work at the gas station

—Make a Thank You card for L at Office Max

—Buy my first ever laptop computer (I have been saving amazon gift cards for years to be able to afford this).

—Figure out what I need to do to set up an internet and/or phone connection in Japan and how to buy a mobile phone (apparently you can’t buy a plan if you’re a foreigner? Maybe I can just buy a pay-as-you-go phone with phone cards… I prefer that anyway…)

—Ask T how she brought money to Japan

—Do something big and wonderful for B and Mom

—Call the FBI if I don’t hear anything this week from Miami about the results of my background check.

—Go through all the e-mails that I have been putting off going through… and sort the rest of my e-mails into their proper folders!

—Check out the sweatshop-free underwear store near my library! (maybe go when I drop off my over-due cd)... 2 weeks ago

bitebackI guess

the only way to really do this is to divide each of the goals on my list into small steps, and actually DO those, one at a time. 3 weeks ago
