I went out the other night and managed to run 5km in 23:21!!!! A new personal best for me.
My legs are hurting now though cause I was really pushing myself. Now just need to work on this and keep improving, next target is getting under 23 minutes, I did slack off a little bit during the run, so I think I cna get this under 23 minutes pretty quickly, might even acheive this goal within the next few months of breaking the 20 minute mark. 3 years ago
