I just learned the alphabet backwards in less than 15 minutes. look for a catchy song on youtube, sing along with and read the lines, then try without reading, then without the song playing, and your done. Now i just need to keep reciting it to make sure i remember it! 2 years ago
of little kids doing it – so I know it can be done but the songs are lacking in creativity. I’ll have to get on this and see if I can develop a better song! I am not sure why this seems to be so hard but I think it would be cool if our schools taught in kindergarten the alphabet both ways – I mean really – the kids can suck this stuff up lickedy split.
Off to try some tunes with the letters…. 3 years ago
I wonder if there is a cool catchy song for the alphabet backwards like there is for it forwards?

Haha, I love that other people want to do this! Just the other night my friends and I were talking about how if we were ever pulled over and asked to say the alphabet backwards, we’d all fail. I’m making it a goal to learn it now! :D 3 years ago
while i try to fall asleep. i’ve gotten pretty good up till about l.
I’m working on it. 4 years ago
I did this while I was folding my laundry, it took like 15 mintues lol. I just wrote down all the letters of the alphabet, in three rows and memorized each row. Then connected them. The first part is the hardest, once you get to N it’s easy. Because it’s M L K (like mild) then J I H J (sounds like your confessing something) then it’s F E D (feds) C B A no problemo!
Z Y X W V U T S R Q P O N M L K J I H G F E D C B A
yay it’s been 24 hrs and i still got it! 4 years ago
i really wanna do this.. it might sound sad, but as a writer i have also written my 101 things to do before i die. This was numero uno.. sad i know 5 years ago
just learned the little ditty that uses the standard alphabet tune:
SR, QP, ONMLK.
then just ran thru it about a hundred times in my head. after i had that down, it just merged into one long string—no singing required (but it may be a good idea to keep that tune handy for when u forget). 6 years ago
