I know that doing the crash diet won’t keep the weight off. I’m working to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week doing it the smart way, eating sensibly and exercising more. Walking 30 minutes a day 4 to 5 days a week seems to work for me. I’m also going to Weight Watchers meetings for support and trying out their online tools, recipes, etc.
For others with this goal, I’d be happy to support you, contact me.

I’m serious! When my mom was in high school, everybody went on this diet and everybody lost 10 pounds in 3 days(and some more). You don’t even have to exercise or starve yourself! All you have to do is eat! The 3 days you’re on this diet you can’t eat anything but what is in the diet! And you can’t chew gum, add salt, or drink anything but water!!! It doesn’t matter which order you go in, but Day 1: 9 hot dogs, Day 2: 9 boiled eggs, Day 3: 9 bananas. You can’t have ANYTHING but that! My mom said that it was even hard to eat that much! It also made her hate bananas. But this really does work! It doesn’t sound like a lot to eat, but it really is!
Another thing, if you don’t want to do that, it’s not too hard to lose weight if you just have determination and a positive attitude. You have to learn to love your body first. I’ve lost 25 lbs in a month or so. All I did was cut back how much I ate(and i was still eating quite a bit! I love food.) I also worked out a little. I started at 145 lbs and went down to 120 lbs.
Right now I’m trying to lose 5 lbs. though because I seemed to have attacked 24 doughnuts and a million cookies, but such is life. I hope this helps. And if you are trying to lose weight, please do it a healthy way, I really care about you all. Don’t starve yourself. God bless!

Depending on your metabolism and how much physical activity you get in each day this isn’t that hard.
Here’s what I’ve done in the past:
Prepare your meals using the following 3 parts:
1 part chicken or fish
1 part vegetables
1 part black beans
optional – 1 part brown organic rice
The trick here is black beans and yes this is a negative calorie diet, but what I’ve found using this method vs other methods is that the black beans help stabilize your hunger so that you’re not starving all the time.
If you follow the above recipe for success you should be able to lose 20 pounds in a month without even going to the gym.
This diet is a bit boring, and I’ve yet to find a stack of recipes that I can use to spice things up a little but I know it’s possible. Try using TexMex, Cajun seasoning or other seasonings to make things more palatable.
One thing to constantly remind yourself of here is ‘I eat to survive not to thrive’ which basically means that you eat to live… when you think of eating like this, sugars and salts don’t seem as important.
Hope this helps someone it really works for me.

There is no point doing it the unhealthy way, tiffanyxcore dont throw up its stupid. If you do it the second you start eating again you will put the weight back on and MORE!
the way to do it is:
-cut out wheat…it is the most fattening thing
-cut down on carbs..it will make you have more energy to excercise and is so much better for you
-weights on your arms…helps build metabolism
-run for 15-30 minutes 4-5 times a week.
-crunches…as many as you can take
remeber pilates is a really good way to tone…you can buy DVDs which are great
it may take a little longer but it will actually work. any questions please ask…just be patient.
if you lose 20lbs in 1 month you will put it on faster then you lost it. please trust me.
good luck x
