sing at an open mike

I absolutely love singing, but sadly I am completely untrained. However, my boyfriend plays guitar! 3 years ago

I have so many friends that have gone onto musical careers or just do gigs for fun that I so want to try. One is famous now, two more are in a band that is just breaking though. Two others have albums out on indie labels. Two more have a band and have had a few gigs in the city. One other does gigs around NYC just as a hobbie and used to do them upstate as well. And there have been others too but I have lost track of them. There are two possible step ones: put an ad on craigslist that says “female vocalist looking for a band” or wait until I have bought a guitar and can play a little bit and do my own songs. Not sure what I want to do yet… 7 years ago
