i’ve been so tired lately and gaining weight but i’m not depressed and i read in a magazine the other day that eating fructose can make people gain weight and my boy got mad at me for not getting enough nutrients so i’m trying to keep what i eat in the forefront of my mind. Yesterday i didn’t eat any fructose and it was surprisingly difficult to avoid. Even “healthy” things like my cereal and yogurt contain it. I did eat other things and had sugar but even so i was in a sort of fog all day. But i feel pretty awake now. Could it have been the fructose? I’ll keep avoiding it and see what happens. 8 years ago
