I just joined a class last week. I’ve wanted to do this for years, but it can be hard to find a class that is both affordable and has a convenient time an location. But in the end, the most important factor for me is a good teacher, and I’m really happy with the one I found.

I think the way to start is bugger off to China for 3 months – or at least a month anyway… go and learn some kung fu with qigong – not overly into the kungfu – but most of the courses seem to involve kung fu… anyone recommend a place in chine to learn qigong?
