2mrw is day 1 of this goal I’m going to wake up and exercise, clean, bath, work on my blog then pack some of my bags since I’m going back to school PRODUCTIVITY!!!!! Good luck to me :-) 2 years ago
I have nothing that requires getting up early, as I mainly work evenings, and sometimes very late evenings. I don’t have college any more, and I hold my hands up and admit I have been drinking far too much in my spare time. I am currently waking up naturally around half 8 every day, which isn’t bad considering I have nothing to do in the morning. I think I may put this goal on hold until I go to Uni and actually have a reason to get out of bed again. 2 years ago

I’ve been going to bed real early, like half 8 – half 9, but then been completely unable to sleep, and woken up very unrested. I’m still getting up at half 6, but I’m finding it more difficult to drag myself out of bed at the moment. Hopefully I’ll start sleeping properly again soon, and get back to working on my goal :) 3 years ago
I have so far managed to reduce my waking time to 6:30am from 7:00. I am going to carry on trying to wake at this time for a week, when I will then attempt to reduce my time to 6:15.
I’m feeling better already for the earlier nights and mornings. 3 years ago
I’m slowly moving my waking time back – it’s been late recently due to a lack of morning commitments, but finally I’m at 7.30. For some reason the tiredness has really hit me recently though, so it’s going to move more slowly from here on in… 4 years ago

I did Not wake up at 5am(my goal) I woke up at 6:15am, I did workout but I did not accomplish my other goals(motivating my sis to work out, clean house, play with my dog). I will try again 2morrow…I love the way I feel when I get up early, if I put my emotions in check then I know I can get up at 5am. Well enough talk & more action. I promise myself I will get up at 5 am 2morrow… 6 years ago
