I’ll be moving to Phoenix, AZ for college and I’m not really going to know anyone out there. I have been wondering lately . . . I am alone a lot. I love myself and enjoy being around me. I am an optimist and as such have found lots of joy in being alone. People ask me about girlfriends and honestly like with new friends, I am not trying very hard. Oh I would like more friends, but honestly on one level it seems like more bother than worth as am so content.

On Saturday night, me and my new friend chatted on the phone and had a crazy night, just enjoying this beautiful city we call L.A.!

The right kinds of friends can broaden my horizons, teach me things, enrich my life, make me laugh and think, show me beauty that I may have overlooked, motivate me, listen to me and advise me, be honest with me and give constructive criticism without attempting to belittle or crush me, be there for me, understand me and get to know my ways, help me through my mistakes, lift me up when I am down & remind me that I am a good person deserving of good people and good experiences…..and I will do the same for them.
