has been very intense and I’ve been involved and entangled in other people’s lives and problems more than usual. It has sometimes been hard to keep my own centre and focus, which makes me want to cleanse and strengthen my mind. I want to be able to keep my boundaries, to protect myself from too much negativity, to hear the subtle but important signals from my soul. Meditation is my basic tool for that, but I need other ways and techniques too.
- Avoid negative people as much as possible
- Limit tv & internet time
- Spend more time in the nature
- Grounding and creative activities on a regular basis
- Spiritual development
