I don’t know why I didn’t do this before but I figured out the weight that would correspond to this goal: 140 pounds, which equals 23 pounds, which is my other goal.
Works out!
my weigh-in was messed up this week because i went to an evening meeting. so i weighed at 155 but i know that’s not accurate. i weighed 152 this morning .
158.8 this morning … which translates to 27.1
Lost .5 of my BMI … that’s pretty decent for one week’s worth of work!
Well, being able to run a mile without stopping is definitely going to help me with this goal, espeically since 12 minutes of running gives you 2 WW points!!!
