control my mind better

As we know, the power of mind and taught is so great,iwould like to centre around mind and taught so ican learn how to use them effectively in order to archive my desired ambitions 3 years ago

I want to start slowly and steadily, without expecting any instant results and expecting failures very often, the process of controlling my mind. I want to restrain myself in thought, word and deeds.This is a very noble goal and a spiritual one.
Hopefully, I can make very slow but sure progress. 7 years ago
