make a collage

I got the frame from my mom the other day. All I have to do it do it and hang it! :) I really want to wait until his birthday though. At least hang it that day. 3 months ago

to sort out the pics I’d like to use. Realized all dad’s pics were of the beach or farmland lol, well a few are of flowers or butterflies or random trees, but it’s ok, that’s what he loved and that’s the point of this project. I wonder if I go digging in my other pics if I’ll find any from our Arizona or Joshua Tree trips. Even debating asking my mom if we can dig through hers and see what we have from Sequoia Nat’l Park. Might make a more varied collage… 3 months ago

I may make two. My mom has more frames that match the one I’m planning on using, she offered me one, but I wasn’t thinking of doing two collages then. We don’t have many pictures of my husbands family, so I’m thinking it would be nice to have a collage of both of our families, it may not make much sense, but I think it would be a nice representation of both of us. Idk if that makes sense, I’m not even totally sure what I’m trying to say lol. Idk, it’s just a thought. I don’t even know if my mil would be willing to dig out her pictures for me to make copies. 3 months ago

Not pictures of him, pictures he took. He loved taking nature pictures, and a lot of them are pretty good. I found a bunch of them while organizing some boxes and I’m sure I have more with the rest of my photos. I also have an old large picture frame he made. So I think that will be a nice way to remember him. I want to finish before his birthday, 3/20. 3 months ago

I was asked to make a collage. So I selected to make a travel collage. I enjoyed finding the pictures and words and arranging them in a pleasing manner. It also helped my therapist demonstrate how to make a collage. 9 months ago
