stop biting nails

Onto the third nail using fake nails now, first two nails have grown to my desired length and maintaining them nicely now 3 months ago

This I kind of the one thing I’m doing the best at, so I guess that’s something. 3 months ago

Been trying to do this for years, am now totally committed and ready to do this! Think the only way for me is to wear fake nails for a while!! 3 months ago

This is one of the hardest things I’m going to do this year I’ve been biting since I had nails on my finger so this is gunna be so hard but nearly one month without biting. It’s a record. 3 months ago

Don’t bite my nails for 1 day, then 2 days in a row. Then I will slowly stop biting them! 4 months ago

Finding more days of not biting than days I am. So that’s progress. 6 months ago

I go a few days…things start to look ok, then have an off day….I guess trick is to keep trying to extend the ok days, eventually growing normal length nails again…

But overall I’m happy there is progress. 9 months ago
