I have some books in my bookshelf that I havn’t read yet. In the end of August there will be school again and then I won’t have time for reading fiction, so I have a goal: read the books in my bookshelf before September. There arn’t that many of them so I’m sure it’s not impossible, it’s just that… there is a reason I havn’t read them yet, I have a unfortunate idea of them being boring. But I have sort of made up a threat for myself – I am not allowing me to buy any new books until I have read these..! 3 years ago

I have a habit of buying books, usually second hand, that appeal to me. But I buy more than I can read! I want to stop buying books and just read all the ones I have in my shelf that I haven’t read yet. Currently that’s about 45 books. 4 years ago

I want to read all the books in my bookshelf because three years in high school have made my spirit unable to breathe the fresh air. To enter a good university, actually, I really don’t have enough time to read all the books I want to read. Therefore, when I finish my Entrance Exam at July third, I’ll read all the books during my almost three-mouth summer vacation.
I love to read. Reading can help me not only learn more but set my thought free.
I feel myself just like a drought pond and it is very empty now.

I have a habit of buying books and not reading them because I either get lazy, get distracted or I simply don’t have the time. As a result, I have several books in my tiny shelf that I haven’t read.
When I get my next school break or whenever I have the time, I’d like to start reading them. Perhaps stop buying books too until I finish the ones I currently have. 6 years ago
