Learn another language

So I’ve had this living language box set that I got a year and half ago collecting dust.So far all I know is simple greetings and a few phrases that I’ve learned from other sources,but i still have a long way to go with this… 1 month ago

I have to decide between two languages, Afrikaans and French. Afrikaans is super similar to English, but more people know French. All I want to do is to be able to WRITE in a foreign language so no one can read my journal. That’s all. So I think Afrikaans is my choice. 9 months ago

French and German. Take classes, speak with native speakers, and live in the country where the language is spoken for some time. It takes time, patience, bravery (don’t be afraid of sounding stupid or making mistakes), and memorization. 11 months ago
